Footprints in the snow

A frozen Wednesday morning. All the slush from yesterday’s storm has iced over. Highs in the 30’s today.

A Lowell man was arrested after police in Melrose followed footprints in the snow leading from the scene of the crime. At the end of the trail, there he was.

In New York City 90,000 packages are stolen each day, just a small percentage of all packages out for delivery. That’s a lot of packages and a lot of trucks clogging up the streets. So it makes sense to use cargo bicycles for delivery in dense urban neighborhoods. Hopefully no one will steal the bikes.

One less storrowing is a good thing.
